Blend the frozen mango. If you are using sugar, tequila, or lemon juice, put it in the blender at once.
Taste and adjust the flavor.
For serving
Serve a layer of blended mango, a tablespoon or two of chamoy, a teaspoon of chopped spicy mango, a pinch of chili powder, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
Repeat. Serve with a straw and a spoon.
Notas
If you want to keep it in the freezer, put it in plastic or glass containers with lids. Store in the freezer until you are ready to eat it.
