2 lettuce Romain heads, washed and cut into pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce: Wash the romaine lettuce heads thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off excess water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.Add Cherry Tomatoes: Rinse the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the lettuce.Dice the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes and add it to the salad bowl.Add Pumpkin Seeds: Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad.Toss the Salad: Gently toss all the ingredients together to mix them evenly.
