Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup chickpeas or 1 can drained
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vegan mayo
  • 4 slices Sandwich bread
  • Lettuce and sliced cucumber
  • Optional toppings: avocado,tomato slices, red onion, pickles

Instructions
 

  • Make the buffalo sauce in a pan by combining the hot sauce, butter, onion and garlic powder until well integrated.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and add them to the buffalo sauce. Let them cook for five to seven minutes, then give them a good smash with a fork until they’re chunky but not pureed.
  • Spread your bread mayo and then layer with lettuce, the chickpea mixture, cucumbers, and any optional toppings you love. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • If you like a bit of crunch, toast your bread in a pan or toaster before making the sandwich.

1 teaspoon salt
